By accessing, browsing or purchasing on our site, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions and any relevant disclaimers. The Bait Station on-line reserves the right to change any or all of the information contained in these terms and conditions at any time. The Bait Station on-line reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or even cancel orders at the discretion of company management.

Under no circumstances will The Bait Station sell, rent or give out your personal details including name, address, or email to any third parties. We collect name and address details solely for the purpose of delivery of goods. If you choose to create an account with The Bait Station you have the right to opt out of our monthly newsletter. Ordering/Payment/Shipping/Returns:

When placing an order online you agree with the terms and price stated by the site. The price may include delivery and other applicable charges which are provided before completing any transacations.
In some occasions orders may be declined for any reason, including, the unavailability of any item, an error in the price or the product description or image, or in a error with your order. If for any reason The Bait Station is unable to source your particular item then we will contact you and inform you of an availability date or of a similar item we stock. You will also have the option of cancelling out of the sale.
The Bait Station will only contact you when you have fully paid for the items and you have received confirmation that it has been accepted. Confirmation will be sent to your email address provided by you.
By creating an account with The Bait Station online you will receive by email updates and notices of specials in our monthly newsletter.

Stock Availability:

The Bait Station carries a huge range of stock in store, but if for any reason we do not have stock of your particular item you will be contacted by us.

Delivery Estimates:

The Bait Station online makes every effort to ensure that delivery time frames are prompt but we do not accept liability for any loss or damage occurred once it has left our store. With every order the customer will be provided with a track and trace number to follow up their item with.

Payment:

The Bait Station accepts payment via credit card, direct debit and pickup. Payment can be made to the following account:

In the case you type in the wrong account number The Bait Station will not accept any liability for correcting the problem.

Pricing:

All prices are in nz dollar and include GST of 12.5%. All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered that particular item, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Shipping:

Here at The Bait Station we try to keep the delivery cost to a minimum but we reserve the right to change our rates at any time. The Bait Station uses a track and trace system so you can keep an eye on your goods every step of the way. All items are sent track and trace.

Delivery information:

Once the parcel has left The Bait Station we no longer take liability for any damage or loss of the item. All information directly associated to your product and its shipping will be provided once item has left our store. Returns:

Defective Goods: Firstly you have rights covered under The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. It states that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned if they are not of an "acceptable quality" (for example, if they are not fit for the purpose for which they are bought, or if they are unsafe).
So if you return goods within the terms of this provision, The Bait Station On-line will happily provide a refund or a replacement product within a reasonable period of time at our expense. Some special order items may not be refundable for example if it was made or ordered specifically to your requirements like a rod.
