Returns:
Defective Goods: Firstly you have rights covered under The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. It states that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned if they are not of an "acceptable quality" (for example, if they are not fit for the purpose for which they are bought, or if they are unsafe).
So if you return goods within the terms of this provision, The Bait Station On-line will happily provide a refund or a replacement product within a reasonable period of time at our expense.
